Shipping Rules & Requirements

SHIPPING CONDITIONS:

Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase alcohol products and a signature of someone over the age of 21 will be required at the time of delivery.

Restricted Shipping
Under existing laws and carrier requirements, we are only able to ship our alcohol products to the following states:

  • Maryland
  • Virginia
  • Pennsylvania
  • Ohio

Shipping Address Limitations
We cannot ship alcoholic products to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, mailboxes, or internationally.

Adult Signature Required for Alcohol Product Delivery
A person over the age of 21 is required to be present at the time of delivery. Recipients will be required to show a government-issued ID to the delivery driver before taking delivery.  In the interest of avoiding missing deliveries, we suggest using your place of work as the delivery location. You may also opt to pick up your package at a shipping facility near you. If the recipient is found to be under the age of 21, the order will be returned and no refund will be issued.

Fulfillment Processing
Please allow 2-4 business days for processing on all orders. Once your order has been prepared for shipment you will receive an email with order details as well as tracking information. If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days, please email [email protected] and we will provide you with an update as soon as possible.

Returned Packages
If your package is returned to Atlas, we may re-ship it to you for an additional shipping charge equal to the actual shipping cost. Any order that is refused or returned after three attempts to deliver will not be refunded. Shipping and packaging charges are non-refundable. Additionally, the buyer will be responsible for any additional fees incurred to have the product returned to us.

Refunds
Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are unsatisfied with your order, please email [email protected]. Please include your name, contact information (email address and phone number), order/invoice number, and a brief description of the reason for your dissatisfaction and we will do our best to make it right.

Liability for Damage
We are not liable for damages to products caused by weather conditions and/or force majeure during transportation. Force majeure includes catastrophes such as, but not limited to, plane crashes, unforeseeable delays or accidents, destruction due to domestic and international unrest (i.e. riots, war, public enemies), confiscation, quarantine, or natural disaster.

Pricing & Inventory
Price and availability are subject to change without notice. Once your payment is confirmed, we will make every effort to ship your order within 5 business days. Some orders may take longer during peak seasons. If you place an order and an item is out of stock, we will contact you and ask you if you would like a refund or if you would like to wait until the product is back in stock. We reserve the right to refuse any order or any reason.
